These terms describe how the Formas Founding Studios 2026 offer works. They apply alongside — and don't replace — Formas's standard Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. If anything here conflicts with those documents, these offer terms govern for matters specific to the Founding Studios program.
The Founding Studios offer is open to architecture, interior design, and real-estate design teams who join or upgrade to any paid Formas plan while the offer is active. Studios of any size are eligible — from one-person practices to hundred-person firms — provided the account is used for genuine studio work on the Formas platform.
Formas reserves the right to verify eligibility and to decline or revoke Founding Studio status for accounts that don't meet this criteria, including accounts created solely to claim promotional credits.
Bonus credit values are shown at the Pro Plus tier and scale proportionally at other paid tiers. Actual credit amounts are confirmed at checkout based on the plan and billing cycle selected.
Founding Studios that remain on an active paid plan keep their enrollment price for up to 24 months from the date they joined, even if Formas's standard pricing increases during that period. The price lock applies to the plan tier held at enrollment; upgrading to a different tier bills at that tier's then-current price. The price lock ends immediately if a subscription lapses, is downgraded to a free plan, or is cancelled and later reactivated.
Studios on Pro-tier plans and above get early access to select beta releases as they roll out, including agentic AI workflows, SketchUp integration, Team plans, and advanced studio tooling. Early-access features are provided as-is, may change before general release, and are not guaranteed to ship on any particular timeline.
Founding Studios who refer another studio that joins on a paid plan receive 1,600 bonus credits; the referred studio receives 625 bonus credits once their first payment is successfully processed. Referral credits are capped per Formas's standard referral program rules, may take up to 14 days to post after the referred studio's first payment, and are void where the referred account is a duplicate, fraudulent, or previously existing Formas account.
Founding Studio Group Sprints, additional credit-earning opportunities (shared work, case studies, product feedback), and the Founding Studio badge are provided at Formas's discretion and may be scheduled, updated, or retired as the program evolves. The Founding Studio badge is a private, non-transferable marker of program membership and carries no monetary value.
Formas may modify, pause, or end the Founding Studios offer, or any individual benefit within it, at any time. Changes won't retroactively remove benefits already granted (such as credits already issued or a price lock already in effect), but may affect benefits not yet delivered. Continued use of a paid plan after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
