FORMAS.AI is a multi-modal, AI-powered design platform and orchestrator of third-party large language models (LLMs) that enables designers, architects, educators, and anyone to visualize and generate creative designs, sketches, and renderings using advanced AI tools.

We value your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your data when you access or use our website, applications, and services (collectively, the "Services").

B. Creative Content & User Generations

• Sketches, images, text prompts, 3D models, and designs you upload or create using our tools.
• AI-generated outputs, including renderings, drawings, 3D models, point clouds, or design concepts.
• Metadata such as timestamps, titles, and project tags.

User Generations and Model Training

Free and Basic Plans:

• Anonymized generations may be used to enhance and improve our AI models and visual tools.
• FORMAS.AI may publicly display selected images in our community gallery or creative showcase without additional permission. In such cases, appropriate credit will be attributed to your username.
• You retain ownership of all your creative content.

Pro, Education, and Enterprise Plans:

• All creations, uploads, and generations are fully private by default and are not used for AI training, public galleries, or showcases without your explicit written consent.
• If FORMAS.AI wishes to feature your content publicly (for example, in galleries, marketing materials, or case studies), we will always request your prior written permission.

In all cases, you retain full ownership of your designs, ideas, and intellectual property.

C. Technical and Usage Information

• Device information, browser type, operating system, and IP address.
• Interaction data such as tool usage, clicks, and time on the platform.
• Diagnostic and crash data to maintain and improve system stability.

D. Communication Data

• Feedback, support requests, surveys, and correspondence with our team.
• Marketing preferences and opt-in records.

E. Payment Information

• Billing and payment details handled by secure third-party processors (e.g., Stripe).
• FORMAS.AI does not store full credit card details.

We use collected data to:

• Operate, maintain, and improve the FORMAS.AI platform.
• Enable design creation, rendering, and collaboration features.
• Enhance your creative experience and recommend tools or styles.
• Support communication, including service updates and security alerts.
• Ensure compliance, fraud prevention, and platform integrity.
• Conduct aggregated analysis to improve user experience and AI accuracy.

For Free and Basic accounts, anonymized User Generations may contribute to model improvement.

For Pro, Education, and Enterprise users, your content remains completely private and excluded from AI training datasets.

You own all rights to the designs, images, and content you create on FORMAS.AI. We do not claim ownership over your creative work.

When you use the Services:

• You grant FORMAS.AI a limited, revocable license to process your content solely to deliver and operate the Services (e.g., rendering, saving projects, or model generation).
• FORMAS.AI will never sell, license, or redistribute your content to third parties without your consent.
• For Free and Basic plans, your generated images may be publicly displayed in our community gallery, with proper attribution to your username.
• For Pro, Education, and Enterprise plans, all data and images remain private by default. FORMAS.AI will only feature or disclose such content with your explicit written permission.
• You maintain full credit and ownership of any content you choose to share or publish.

We understand that users may work on confidential or proprietary projects.

Free and Basic plans: Content may appear in public galleries or be used for anonymized model improvement. We recommend avoiding personally identifiable or client-sensitive data in these plans.

Pro, Education, and Enterprise plans: All uploaded and generated content remains confidential, excluded from AI training datasets, and not shared publicly without your explicit consent.

All data in these plans is secured and confined to your private account environment.

We do not sell or rent personal data.

We only share limited information with:

• Service Providers: Cloud hosting, payment processors, analytics, and email services under strict confidentiality agreements.
• Legal and Regulatory Authorities: Only when legally required to comply with applicable laws.
• Business Transfers: In case of a merger, acquisition, or restructuring, we may transfer relevant data under continued protection.

All third parties are contractually required to handle your data securely and in compliance with applicable data protection laws.

We retain your personal and creative data for as long as necessary to:

• Deliver our Services,
• Comply with legal or regulatory obligations, and

If you delete your account or request data removal, we will erase your personal data and User Generations from active systems.

We rely on recognized safeguards such as contractual and technical measures to ensure your data remains protected wherever it is processed.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:
