FORMAS.AI came back from Jakarta with something to be proud of: Most Innovative AI Solution for Real Estate Developers, awarded at The People's Choice 2026 by Golden Property Awards Indonesia.

The recognition landed at an early moment for the company, product updates were shipping fast, new capabilities were arriving every other day, and the team was still very much in the middle of figuring out how far AI orchestration could take architects, designers, and real estate professionals. That made the win feel less like a finish line and more like a nod to keep going.

What stayed with co-founder and CEO Yiping Goh most wasn't the award itself, but the people. Jakarta's property community showed up with real curiosity about what AI could do, not the cautious, wait-and-see kind, but a genuine willingness to start experimenting with what already existed and learn by using it.
