Junior to mid-level, with an art, design, or motion background. We care about the strength of your visual craft and your potential to grow far more than years on a CV.
The Role & Your Impact
Help bring the FORMAS.AI brand to life across everything we make. Working closely with the Creative Lead, you'll design and produce visual content (social posts, ad creatives, brand assets, decks, and video), taking work from rough direction to polished, on-brand results.
This is a craft-first, hands-on role. You'll execute across formats and platforms, learn fast, and stretch your range, using AI tools to produce more and produce it faster. As you grow, so does your ownership of the work.
Key Responsibilities
◆Visual Design & Production. Design and produce on-brand visual content across formats (social posts, ad creatives, brand graphics, decks, and in-house collateral), using design tools and AI.
◆Content Across Platforms. Take work from concept and direction through to finished asset, from polished brand pieces to quick, social-first posts and video.
◆Generate Ideas. Come up with creative concepts and angles independently, and help shape campaigns alongside the Creative Lead.
◆Work Independently. Explore, problem-solve, and work through obstacles on your own without hand-holding, and show output fast.
◆Copy When Needed. Shape simple copy for social and ad formats when the work calls for it. You don't need to be a copywriter, just know what good sounds like and use AI to help.
◆AI-First or Assisted Workflows. Use AI as a core part of how you design and produce: image generation, editing, ideation, and speed.
Skills & Tools
You don't need to check every box. We value a clear set of strengths and a portfolio that moves the work forward.
◆Strong Visual Craft. This is the most important thing. A real eye for design, layout, type, and composition, shown through your portfolio.
◆Design / Art Background. Around 1–4 years in design, art direction, motion, or a related creative field (agency, in-house, or freelance). Or a portfolio that speaks for itself.
◆Tool Fluency. Comfortable with design and editing tools (e.g. Adobe, Canva, CapCut) and open to AI-native creative tools.
◆Social-Aware. You understand social platforms natively: formats, pacing, and what stops a scroll.
◆Video / Motion. Video editing and/or motion graphics is key to this role. You're comfortable producing and editing video and motion content.
◆Self-Starting & Coachable. You manage your own output, take direction well, and want to grow your craft fast.

Experience
Excellent writer, visually literate, and genuinely fluent with AI models. We care about taste, curiosity, and shipped work, not years on a resume.
The Role & Your Impact
Own real growth surface area. Work directly alongside the Growth Manager to run lifecycle email, campaign creative, growth experiments, and the AI-assisted tooling that lets a small growth function operate like a large one.
This is a hands-on, high-ownership role. The copy you write goes to thousands of architects and designers. The creative you build ships to live campaigns. You will see the full growth stack from the inside — lifecycle, analytics, referral mechanics, and partnerships — and own pieces of it from week one.
Key Responsibilities
◆Strategic Program Development. Support teams building new growth channels, such as the Campus Program, that serve specific customer groups through strategy, operations planning, and program marketing execution.
◆Lifecycle Email. Support writing and building lifecycle campaigns end-to-end in Customer.io: onboarding sequences, feature announcements, re-engagement, and win-back flows. Draft the copy, design the email, configure segments and triggers, and read the results.
◆Campaign Creative. Design assets in Canva and similar tools, including email headers, in-app banners, landing page visuals, and event or partnership collateral. Work inside our brand system and keep it consistent across channels.
◆Growth Experiments. Design, run, and report on experiments across acquisition, activation, and retention. Form a hypothesis, define the metric before launch, ship the test, and write up what you learned. We expect you to bring your own ideas about what is worth testing next.
◆Top-Tier Studio Campaigns. Support campaigns for leading architecture studios and designers through research, tailored messaging, targeted sequences, and creative made for a discerning, design-literate audience.
◆AI Partner Campaigns. Work on joint campaigns with our AI company partners. Help shape co-marketing creative and messaging, and optimize performance on both sides.
◆AI-Assisted Execution. Use generative AI models as working tools, not novelties: script small automations, generate and iterate copy variants, and build simple dashboards, one-pagers, prototype pages, and data cleanups. We expect you to reach for a model before you reach for manual work.
◆Referral & Credit Program. Support our Credit Top-up referral system with creative refreshes, messaging tests, and honest measurement of whether the mechanics actually drive shares.
◆Research. Track what other AI creative tools are doing in lifecycle and viral growth, and surface what is worth adapting.
Skills & Tools
You don't need to check every box. We value strong execution and a perspective that moves the company forward.
◆Communication. Excellent written English. You'll produce campaigns reaching thousands of customers, which calls for top-tier communication skills.
◆Visual Judgment. Comfortable in Canva, Figma, or similar tools, with a real eye for layout, hierarchy, and type.
◆AI Fluency. You have used Claude, ChatGPT, or similar to build or automate something, not just rewrite a paragraph, and can describe what you built.
◆Experimental Mindset. You want to know whether the thing worked. You're comfortable with numbers, funnels, basic conversion logic, and telling a real result from noise.
◆Lifecycle Tooling. Exposure to Customer.io, Braze, Klaviyo, HubSpot, or another ESP is a plus, as is familiarity with Mixpanel, Amplitude, or GA4. Basic HTML/CSS for email or light scripting is welcome, but not required.
◆Bias to Action. Self-directed. We give you context and a goal, not a task list.
◆Interest in the Domain. Curiosity about architecture, design, or the AEC industry goes a long way here.
Why FORMAS
◆Direct Collaboration with Founders. Carlos Bañón (award-winning architect, Associate Professor at SUTD) and Goh Yiping (serial tech entrepreneur, former Partner at McKinsey).
◆Build the Brand. Own the digital presence of an AI-native product at an early, defining stage.
◆Build an AI-Native Company. Get real visibility into how frontier technology is commercialized and scaled.
◆A short note on why you want to work at the intersection of AI and marketing
We're growing fast. Whether you see the perfect role or not, we'd love to hear from you.

Experience
We're looking for a QA Manager/Engineer to help ensure the quality, reliability, and overall user experience of our product.
The Role & Your Impact
Be the last line of defense before anything ships. You'll build and maintain the test documentation that keeps the team aligned, run the manual and automated testing that catches what shouldn't slip through, call out defects clearly enough that no one has to guess what you meant, and stay close to client-reported issues so problems get fixed instead of just filed away.
Key Responsibilities
◆Test the Product. Plan and perform manual and automated testing throughout the development cycle, catching issues before they reach users.
◆Document with Precision. Create and maintain test cases, test plans, and QA documentation that keep the team aligned on what "working" looks like.
◆Track Every Bug. Identify, reproduce, document, and track defects and items for improvement, clearly enough that no one has to guess what went wrong.
◆Collaborate Across Teams. Work with developers, designers, and the product team to clarify requirements and validate implementations before release.
◆Guard Release Quality. Help ensure that every release meets the expected functional and quality standards.
◆Build Automation. Develop and maintain automated tests that scale coverage as the product grows.
◆Support the Client. Investigate client-reported issues and provide support through email, Slack, Discord, and other channels.
◆Dig Into the Details. Review logs, APIs, and application behavior to get to the root of any issue.
Skills & Tools
You don't need to check every box. We value a clear set of strengths or a perspective that moves the work forward.
◆SDLC Fluency. Good understanding of the software development lifecycle and where QA fits within it.
◆QA Process Knowledge. Familiarity with QA processes, test suites, and methodologies.
◆Test Planning. Experience creating and maintaining test cases and test plans.
◆Test Automation. Knowledge of writing automated tests, with experience in Playwright preferred.
◆Git Proficiency. Comfortable working with Git and code repositories such as GitHub.
◆Clear Bug Documentation. Able to document bugs and items for improvement clearly, covering reproduction steps, expected and actual results, logs, and evidence.
◆Cross-Team Collaboration. Can work smoothly with developers, designers, and the product team throughout the development cycle.
◆Client Support. Able to act as support for client-reported issues via email, Slack, Discord, and similar channels.
◆CI/CD Awareness. Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and how automated tests are integrated into deployments.
◆DevOps Familiarity. Familiarity with DevOps concepts, staging environments, deployment workflows, and production monitoring.
◆Systems Understanding. Understands application architecture, APIs, logs, and AI-related system components.
Why FORMAS
◆Direct Collaboration with Founders. Carlos Bañón (award-winning architect, Associate Professor at SUTD) and Goh Yiping (serial tech entrepreneur, former Partner at McKinsey).
◆Foundational Impact. Own core platform systems used by designers at leading institutions worldwide.
◆Build an AI-Native Company. Real visibility into how frontier technology is commercialized and scaled.
